The holidays are nearing an end as we slowly accept the California weather of cold.  There are those who are from the Eastern states calling us wimps because our weather is perfect.  Be still...the weather is as promised this winter.  There is rain, cold, and plenty of snow in the mountains.  So what does a single mother do while her children are away with their father for a week?  Make beautiful meals alongside sappy Hallmark movies. What can I say?  I'm a cheesy blogger with a sappy heart of I love you's and plenty of happy endings.  Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!!  P.S.
